Shipping

Free standard ground shipping (2-5 business days) is offered for all orders shipped to locations within the continental United States.

For expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental United States, costs will be calculated at checkout and range from $25 to $105.

Please note that all orders will require a signature upon reception.

International Shipping

For delivery outside of the US, please note that the customer is responsible for all customs-related duties and taxes which will be directly billed to the customer after the package has been received.

Order Preparation

The order will be prepared and sent to the customer upon receiving payment.

Preparation times can vary from 1-5 business days.

If there are any delays due to stock availability, the customer will be promptly notified and given the option to modify their order to avoid additional waiting times.

Returns and Exchanges

Jewelry can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of reception, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.

Gigi Clozeau will provide a free return label for the first exchange for USA orders, which does not include insurance. If a customer wishes to insure their return shipment, they may use their own return shipping method.

A return label cannot be provided for orders from Canada.

Shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges after the first one will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important: the e-shop will not be able to process any returns or exchanges for purchases made in a store.
