Shipping

Free standard ground shipping (2-5 business days) is offered for all orders shipped to locations within the continental United States.

For expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental United States, costs will be calculated at checkout and range from $25 to $105.

Please note that orders of 500$+ will require a signature upon reception.

Order Preparation

The order will be prepared and sent to the customer upon receiving payment.

Preparation times can vary from 1-5 business days.

If there are any delays due to stock availability, the customer will be promptly notified and given the option to modify their order to avoid additional waiting times.

Returns and Exchanges

Jewelry can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of reception, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

gigi CLOZEAU will provide a return label for the first return or exchange of an order. Returns will be subject to a 20$ restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

gigi CLOZEAU reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges at any time if a customer has a history of excessive returns.

Exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee.

Shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges after the first one will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important: the e-shop will not be able to process any returns or exchanges for purchases made in a store.
