What is the story behind gigi Clozeau?
Each piece of jewelry is delivered with its own certificate of authenticity, and all of our pieces are hallmarked.
How can the jewelry be cared for?
The jewelry is to be handled with care and we advise you to avoid any contact with chemical substances (sunscreens, perfumes, lotions), which may alter its appearance. If you need to wash your jewelry, you can do so with warm water and a drop of dish soap.
It is safe to wear the jewelry while in water.

A size guide is available for our bracelets and necklaces.
Bracelet
There are two sizes available: 6.7" and 7.5"
The 6.7" size (standard size) with a fastening ring at 6.3" is the most common: it is made to fit a thin to normal wrist.
The 7.5" size with a fastening ring at 7.1" is made to fit a larger wrist.
The 5.9" bracelet with a fastening ring at 5.5" is suitable for a child or an adult XS wrist.
We advise you to wear your bracelet as fitted as possible.
Necklace
7 sizes of necklaces are available depending on the model chosen:
15.7" with a 15" fastening ring, available only in the “Mini Gigi” collection
16.5" with a 15.7" fastening ring (standard size)
17.7" with a 17" fastening ring
19.7" with a 18.9" fastening ring
21.7" with 2 fastening rings: one at 20.8" and one at 20"
23.6" long necklace with a 23" fastening ring
34" long necklace
Where do we ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that all duties and taxes related to Canadian customs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the shipping policy?
For orders within the continental US, we offer ground shipping (3-5 business days) free of charge. For expedited shipping or shipping outside of the continental US, fees will be calculated at checkout.

Can custom items be ordered?
Sure! If there is a special piece you're dying to have that you don't see for sale on our website, please get in touch at contact@gigiclozau.com and we will happily discuss it with you.
Please note that special orders are final sale.
Can the jewelry be returned or exchanged?
You can certainly return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help you with the process.
Important: the e-shop will not be able to process returns from a purchase made in store.
What happens if the jewelry becomes damaged?
Gigi Clozeau jewelry is guaranteed for one year after purchase. The warranty covers any potentially faulty elements due to a manufacturing defect. For pieces over one year old, a quote will be offered before making any repair. Please note that you must be in possession of the jewelry in order for a repair to be considered. Lost/missing jewelry is not eligible for any replacement.

For a piece of jewelry purchased through a retailer, we invite you to contact the latter.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for repairs.
